Interested in becoming a Wholesaler and receiving Wholesale Prices? Here is a quick guide on how to Apply for wholesale pricing and the conditions of Heart Stuff's Wholesalers terms:
2. Email hello@heartstuff.co.za Requesting Access to wholesale pricing. Please give a description of your Business Model and Include your Business Name and Company Registration Number.
3. If approved, you will be notified by email within 3 business days.
4. HOW TO ORDER: Log into your account and wholesalers can order through our general shop.
5. WHOLESALE PRICING: All prices are listed in ZAR. All authorized wholesalers will receive 10% off Regular Heart Stuff Prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. OPENING ORDERS: A Minimum order of R5000 is required on opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid before items are shipped out. We do not offer consignment, orders need to be paid for on placing and confirming order.
7. RE-ORDERS: R5000 minimum order is required for re-orders.
8. CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@heartstuff.co.za ASAP, but no changes can be made after products have been processed or assigned a Shipping Tracker ID.
9. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payments through Direct EFT only and proof of payment to be sent to hello@heartstuff.co.za
10. DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. An estimated shipping cost will be included in your order; however this is subject to change based on the weight and size of the box. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
11. DAMAGES / DEFECTS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective goods. Returned damaged/defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise provided stock is available. Returned damaged/defective merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.
12. RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
13. We at Heart Stuff strongly urge all active Wholesalers to buy a sample order of the product line or lines they wish to carry.
